ABOUT BEYOND LEADERSHIP

MEET KATHRYN, BEYOND LEADERSHIP FOUNDER

With over two decades experience exploring the shifts that occur in people’s leadership journeys, I am well-versed in the conversation surrounding ages and stages. I believe there is a need to restore and rewire after any leadership role.

I have a uniquely holistic approach and enjoy bringing a global perspective to my work, having lived in six countries throughout my life. Most recently, I was teaching in Mumbai, where I was able to  further explore and practice meditation and yoga. I’ve paired my Buddhist and Hindu training and my skills in stillness and observation with extensive experience in leadership development for some of Australia’s biggest organisations.

My understanding of organisational frameworks, my studies in ageing and experience in leadership coaching has led me to seek change in the longevity economy. I believe there is a world where we can reinvent our retirement, maternity leave or redundancy and fill it with support, connection and purpose.

Our goal is to provide guidance and direction prior to the transition, ensuring a seamless move into the next phase of your life, and alignment with your inner purpose.
