ABOUT BEYOND LEADERSHIP
MEET KATE, BEYOND LEADERSHIP FOUNDER
With nearly 30 years in leadership development, I’ve seen how people evolve and adapt through every stage of their careers. These experiences have taught me the importance of taking time to restore and recalibrate after leadership roles.
My approach is holistic and shaped by international experience—living and working in six countries. I blend global insights with practical tools to support leaders in transition. Drawing on my background in organizational frameworks, ageing and longevity studies, and years of coaching, I’m passionate about reimagining what life after traditional work looks like. From retirement to career breaks and redundancy, I help people stay connected, purposeful, and engaged in new ways.
For the individual
We want to create a support framework that optimises your pre-exit transition for post-exit fulfilment. This might align with retirement, redundancy, a sea change, medium-term leave or sabbaticals.
Transitioning from a work-structured life and letting go of professional labels can be challenging. This change can happen more than once, and not always by choice. Our goal is to provide guidance and direction prior to the transition, ensuring a seamless move into the next phase of your life, and alignment with your inner purpose.
We believe everyone has the potential to contribute and reconnect with society in meaningful ways. We’ll help you rediscover your role in the community beyond professional labels, and gain a deeper sense of belonging.
Why Choose Us?
For the Organisation
As workplace longevity specialists, we’ll focus on reviewing, refreshing, and realigning your organisation to optimise its ageing workforce.
Developing leadership potential is a thoughtful investment in education, training, coaching, and mentoring. It is time to explore how to maximise the legacy of leaders, and how to engage them when they move on. We assist businesses in recognising and preserving these long-lasting impacts for operational and organisational longevity.
As leaders move on, we want to encourage them as they let go of leadership labels, allowing them to acknowledge their experiences and move towards a ‘being’ phase. We believe supporting the transition of leaders benefits both the individual and the organisation. By implementing flexible policies and procedures, and accommodating holistic needs, we can evolve towards work that reflects life, and life that reflects work.
